• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Be considerate of neighbors at all times.
• NO PARTIES, EVENTS, UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS OR LOUD MUSIC. Violations may lead to applicable action or charges under your booking agreement and house rules.
• NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking is permitted only in approved outdoor areas, including the balcony if allowed by community rules. Dispose of materials safely.
• Pets: Prior approval and applicable pet fee required. Clean up after pets and follow community requirements; HOA fines may apply for violations.
• Guest-use robes must remain at the property when you leave.
