With a custom kitchen fit for a chef, home-cooked meals after a day on the slopes can be easily enjoyed. With 965 square feet of living space, you will be able to spread out and make yourselves at home in this roomy Snowmass condo! Ground floor living makes this condo easily accessible after a day of adventuring on the mountains of Snowmass. Enter directly into the great room, where a bench and hooks await for removing and hanging gear and outerwear. The large open floorplan of this condo is spacious and well-suited for a family or friends traveling together. The gourmet kitchen offers beautiful custom glass and wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island for spreading out ingredients. Fit for a chef, you'll find everything needed here for preparing and enjoying hot meals after a day of exploring the great outdoors. The roomy kitchen island offers seating for three. The kitchen flows easily into the living room, where you'll find two spacious couches perfect for unwinding. Allow your gaze to move from the large flatscreen TV to the gas fireplace that sits below, creating a cozy ambiance on winter days. The living room features a set of large glass doors that allow natural light to stream into the great room. On warm days, enjoy coffee on the patio before heading out for the day. The master bedroom in this condo offers a peaceful haven at the end of a busy day. The plush king bed is draped with high-quality linens, and multiple wardrobes provide room to unpack. The ensuite master bathroom offers a glass and tile corner shower. The second bedroom is right next door with a queen bed. Bathroom two is located across the hall, with a full bathtub and shower combination. For additional sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges.
