« The room was very cringe the ac unit was leaking water the whole time it was on , the shower floor looked very dirty but the housekeeper said that’s just how it looked. Hair was on the floor so the bathroom didn’t seem clean , the shower was also leaking just very cringey I will not stay there again »

« Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...

« The location was great it was close to shopping and restaurants. I was very disappointed that since I booked through Expedia I wasn’t reimbursed for leaving early they charged me for the whole trip. It was unfortunate because when I have family come to town it would be convenient to stay there. Also they only clean every third day so our room would only be cleaned one night during four nights stay. »
