Pool, hot tub, direct river access!! 2/2 condo. Sleeps 8\. Master: King and a chair that folds out to a twin. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living room: Sofa sleeper and a chair that folds out to a twin. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. WIFI has always been an issue at this complex so we are excited to announce new WIFI service coming in May 2023!! Newly remodeled!! Great 2/2 condo at River Run Condominiums is great for relaxing after a fun day in on the river. Top floor - no overhead footsteps. Shaded all morning and most of afternoon. Ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door onto the patio which has a river view, it has a king size bed and chair and folds out into a twin size bed, guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a chair that folds out into a twin bed. Two full baths with walk in showers. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar and 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Free wi-fi. Elevator access. No smoking - not even on the balcony. No Pets. Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten-minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. Love the grounds and right next door to Texas Tubes. This home is pretty cute however it only truly sleeps 4 people max for decent sleep. Or I’d say 2 adults and 2 kids comfortablly. The pull out chairs are not considered sleep worthy they don’t lay flat or level. This would be amazing stay for 4 people but we had 7 and it was really bad for room and comfort. It is also located at the top level and furthest from the elevator so coming and going is a true effort. Nothing bad to say just should say maximum 4 adults. Overall nice stay. ##### Kristin H. The property was clean and the check in process was easy. You do pay a cleaning fee but then they ask you to do a few chores before you check out to help the cleaning crew. Go figure. We rented this specific condo strictly for its private access to the comal river before the tube chute. The maximum number of guests is 8, and they only provide the 8 wristbands to be allowed in the complex. They also provide 2 parking passes, so only 2 cars may park inside of the complex. There is a small amount of street parking along the perimeter of the complex, but you’d definitely have to claim those early before they’re either coned off or taken by others. They had a handful of carts that free to use to bring all of your bags/food/drinks, etc upstairs and an elevator that didn’t ever seem to get crowded. We rented 2 separate condos and there was a total of 16 of us. The pool does close at 11pm, and it got pretty packed after 4pm or so. We went on a weekend in June, and it was very busy but there was plenty of room for all of us to drop into the river without a wait. There’s also a security guard at the gate monitoring traffic 24/7\. Overall, this was a fantastic trip and I would rent here again. This particular renter had us pick up our checkin packet/wristbands/parking passes at the offsite office, which is only a couple miles away. This specific listing shows that there are 2 chairs that fold out to twin sized “beds”, but they were almost impossible to sleep on. They were so uncomfortable, basically like laying on the floor, and one of them folded so far that it made your back curve like a mountain. Additionally, there were a few dusty/unkept areas due to unmoved furniture when cleaning. Not a super big problem but we had to sleep on the floor, so that didn’t feel too good. The location of the condos, right on the river yet close to the town center and float facilities and amenities. The condo itself was sparkling clean, snd so nicely decorated. It exceeded our expectations & we would definitely stay there again. The pool, hot tub and access to the river were great. Plenty of grills and picnic tables by the river. The pull out chair beds are way too small for an adult to sleep on and one of them is located in the master bedroom which is weird. The beds themselves were super uncomfortable, the one in the front room was as stiff as a board and our friends who stayed in the master complained to us about how uncomfortable theirs was as well. I'd just like to reiterate, we had a great time and it was a good trip. I just don't think I would book this unit with 8 adults again; everything else is wonderful I'm just listing complaints I wish I was more aware of prior to booking. ##### Coltin S. The master bedroom bed was comfortable., 2nd bed was pretty hard but sleepable. Perfect for 2 couples to stay and have their own space. A single family with kids would be confortable.
