### 2 Pools, 4 Hot tubs on the Guadalupe River! Walk to Schlitterbahn!

2/2 condo. Sleeps 6\. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom: 2 Twins. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.  
  
This beautiful 2/2 condo at Waterwheel Condominiums is on the Guadalupe River! Walking distance to downtown New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to Gruene. This fully furnished condo comes with all the necessities for a great vacation! The open living room has huge windows that boasts a beautiful view. The dining table seats six, and there is seating for four more at the breakfast bar. The condo sleeps six with two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a brand new queen size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress in the living room, and a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths.   
  
Walk down to the river or visit Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and an amazing amount of open green space and with beautiful shade trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator for easy access. This condo only provides 2 parking spots. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.  
  
\*\*WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED\*\*\* These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

Just a few minutes away from tubing the Comal and the main put-in at Gruene. Pool was nice but a little warm and got a bit roudy. River quality at the property was about waist deep and flowing well but not a good spot to play near the banks. Condo was clean and in great condition. Overall, a great stay!

Nice clean property! The mattress in master bedroom is super comfy! Beautiful view when you walk down to the river on site! Nice balcony, plenty of towels and wash rags. Will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint we have is that vrbo listed the property at a certain rate and made no mention of numerous fees which added up to another $250\. We are used to fees being added on when paying but have never seen them amount to nearly the cost of another night's rental. And this was not a deposit we got back...all fees. We feel this was deceptive and vrbo should include thr cost of the fees in the details so you know before booking. May go back but not by using vrbo.
