Quiet, on the water, a nice porch overlooking the bay, bbq equipment and plenty of information about the area. Also liked the 2 bathrooms, laundry and all the supplies that we needed. Convenient location to see the history of Trinity and short drives to Elliston (puffin site) and Bonavista (light house, more puffins and historic landing site of John Cabot)."
