« We only booked for one night for the Metallica concert. But I must say, if we visit Charlotte again in the future, we will definitely book here. We felt so safe and secure during our entire stay. From the parking lot to the apartment itself. Very clean. My only suggestion would be for one of the bedrooms to have a queen size bed instead of having to push two of the twin size together for us to sleep in the same bed. Outside of that, we loved it and will definitely stay again!! »

« It's was very convenient to downtown and walkable to a lot of eateries and shops. The Vrbo was very clean and stocked with supplies. »

« Unit is on a busy street with bedrooms that have windows stuck open so sirens and loud cars wake you up. No live TV - you have to have a PC to use your own accounts and broadcast to TV for live channels. No condiments, paper towel, laundry soap, etc. uncomfortable furniture. No extras, bare bones. Good location, but paid parking required. »

« Overall the stay was good . The pictures somewhat matched the property . The bedrooms were smaller than the picture but the beds were huge so they took majority of the room space . It gave dorm living , but maybe that was on me for not looking at the pictures straight because the bathrooms are not connected . Also, the couch could use a bit of cleaning . The area was close to everything we had planned . Just be prepared to pay for parking if you can’t find free spots on the side of the building »

« Overall the stay was great. The neighborhood is very nice and within walking / scooter distance to everything downtown. There are even a couple bar/restaurants right outside the building. If you can get past the security requirements, it's definitely worth stay. On that subject, the host answered EVERY question I had about their check-in processes. I would definitely go back. »

« It’s just down the road from some lovely spots in the city, gated with good parking, and very quiet! It made our weekend getaway perfect. The bed is a bit uncomfortable but that’s personal preference. The host was very kind and responsive, and if we come back to Charlotte we know where we are staying! »

« Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex. »
