The communications with the host was great. All information for checking in and out was given ahead of time. The apartment was in a nice building and it was quiet. Inside was very clean and had all necessities needed. The location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go to. ##### Bria E. There is minimal glasses and mugs so if 2 or 3 people stay you need to wash eah time. The linens and bed are great. I did not like the location at all. The place was clean and the apartment building seemed decently maintained. I wouldn't call it "luxury" but it was definitely comfortable. It would be a nice option for single person looking for a convenient place to crash. I would not recommend it for a family. There is only one key fob; the listing says there is one fob for amenities, but you need the fob to access the building and it's also the key to the unit. Trying to coordinate one key with two adults and children is difficult. Also, the pool is not at all as pictured. It looked yellow - like it wasn't clean and had a mildew layer on the bottom and there was detritus floating in it the first day. I recognize this isn't the fault of the property owner, but we booked the room based largely on the resort-like pool pics that were terribly deceiving.
