"We moved rooms 3 times due to issues, no refund was offered. Absolutely a mess of a trip. AC didn’t work, rooms were disgusting, and they left our door unlocked and propped open as the lock didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"This is such a great hotel to stay at, the staff was amazing and the property is absolutely beautiful. So many hidden gems; the numerous outdoor hangouts, the record room, the bar, and the room! The room was so big and the decor is very chíc."

"I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where I was attending a concert. It was nice to be able to walk to the venue and not worry about parking. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. My sister and I felt fine walking at night. The room was very clean. It did seem to be missing some amenities that I have come accustom to while traveling. There was only one bar of hand soap in the bathroom and no complimentary makeup wipes. The TV was a basic flat screen instead of a smart TV. There was no pool but the fitness room looked nice (we did not use it). Some of the staff were friendly but other were a bit cold or seemed overwhelmed. It was good for proximity to where we needed to go but seemed as if it could be better for $200/night."
