"The room was not completely clean the pool did not look clean the view was great the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again if we go back to Nevis. The restaurant was good."

"My niece and I were on an island-hopping vacation and hesitated to stay there with an understanding that it was isolated and cut off from everything. Although it is not in close proximity, it takes only 15 minutes and is definitely worth the ride. We had the time of our lives and totally enjoyed Koi Resort for so many great things. The hotel is gorgeous and peace inspiring. The food, superb! The staff was accommodating and attentive, namely Stephanie, Keanu, Kayla and the manager Radisha who all went out of their way to provide excellent and courteous service. The view all around is breathtaking. I would go back in an instant but do wish that the hotel made it a point to highlight that the beach on property is not directly accessible and that the "fridge" is actually a cooler but not a regular fridge. They did make arrangements to remedy that need when requested. Awesome stay!!!"

"Too much sea weed on the beach. Music at the pool as too loud and the music as bad....in my opinion the resort should have a "relaxing chill , smooth lounge music selections. I would not return to the hotel for these reasons."

The home was clean, secure, had an easy check in process & she added more upgrades from my last stay, making the apartment feel even more comfortable and home like. She has personal touches such as a welcome card and bottled water available at check in to make the stay feel personal. I look forward to staying here again in the future. "
