« Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. »

We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. Cassie was awesome to deal with and we enjoyed our little corner of St. Kitts for 10 days. We will be back! »

« We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches. »

« I don't think I can say enough about the coconut farm. Location was fantastic and the property itself was awesome. The view over the palm trees to the ocean and Nevis was just stunning. My children really enjoyed the animals there, from being greeted by Ginger the cat in the morning, going to pet the dogs and tortoises. Bacchus the property manager was so nice and helpful. We explored other beaches but found that the beach by the property was the best and it is where people staying elsewhere...

Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant. »
