We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Haven. The staff were very friendly and have no problem catering to your needs. The facilities were very clean. The one thing they could improve on is the food selection, and making sure the staff knows what’s available on the premises so you don’t have to eat elsewhere. We look forward to visiting this establishment again.

This was my third time back to Sandy Haven. I’ll always choose to stay at this hotel over any other property on seven mile beach. Edward, Pops, Rohan, and everyone else was so kind and inviting. Complimentary room upgrade was provided for my birthday and was much appreciated. I will be back soon.

The staff members were wonderful. I especially liked Sheldon and Andre in the restaurant. Michelle in the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Rohan in charge of reservations was very helpful. Our server Janelle at breakfast and lunch was exceptional. We were disappointed with the misinformation that we received from Expedia about the property. We asked for an all inclusive vacation, however this didn't turn out to be the case.

I like the quietness of the facility. I felt safe and the oceanfront room was nice. The staff was friendly. I did not like the food. The menu was overpriced and limited. On our last day we were promised a Jamaican breakfast which was not edible. Luckily we were not charged for this and we were able to purchase a nice Jamaican breakfast at Miss Lily’s down the street. I do like the facility and hope to return next year. Hopefully the food will improve by then.

After 5 years of not visiting Jamaica, I decided to come back to Sandy Haven. 5 or 6 years ago, Sandy Haven was a thing on Groupon! Me and my sister decided to try it out and it was a blast, 5 years later the property is the same but better! Pops, I still remember you from 5 years ago, always the sweetest man ever! Thank you for everything! Also that rum punch is to die for! Property is by everything and still my favorite spot on 7 mile beach. I will stay again :)
