The hotel restaurant attached was good too, would recommend eating there. Shoutout to Roberto, who was an extremely helpful staff member there. The only let down was that the beds provided were not the most comfortable. They were two single beds pushed together rather than a double, or the sort. "

The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. "The gardens and various pools were wonderful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and obliging. The property was unbelievably clean. The breakfasts were repetitive- we only discovered by chance towards the end of our stay that you could order an omelet, for example. Ignacio, Pippi, Jada and Valentina were lovely! Some better explanation by management concerning breakfast and dinner would improve the stay. Perhaps a printed sheet in every room! On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and our room."
