The pool and spa facilities are wonderful and the front desk recommended great beach and boat excursions while we were here. The food at the Hotel is also delicious and prepared with fresh, local ingredients. We have someone in our family with a food allergy and they were highly accommodative. We definitely recommend Hotel Terme Providence. "

"This is a wonderful and charming hotel. It has four thermal pools. The room was beautiful with views of the ocean and the gardens. The breakfast buffet was wonderful wonderful. The air conditioning was perfect and strong. The location is outstanding near the Poseidon and near top restaurants across the street. The beach is directly across the street. The staff and the owner were wonderful. I love this place so much"

"This is a beautiful oasis. Terraced gardens and open spaces to sit and enjoy the incredible panoramic views. There are numerous seating areas, lawn chairs… special spots to take in the moment. The thermal pool is excellent and so relaxing at the end of the day. The solarium is warm and cozy even if the weather is not good. It’s easy to have breakfast down in the cactus lounge, and easy to access the bus routes or use a car as we did. There are rabbits, peacocks, hundreds of plants and cacti, an art gallery- and wonderful rooms with fresh white towels and sheets. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have everything you need. The doors open to your own patio, and feels like you share in the community of the space. Lucca is generous and welcoming and left cake in our room after a long day traveling. He greeted us every day with a smile and a helping hand. This would be the perfect place for a wedding or private event as you have everything you need."

"I can't give it a terrible review because they switched my rooms the next day. BUT, the first room had a gas leak. I could smell it, and they switched us to a tiny room that smelled musty and had one tiny window. So we left the door open but all the mosquitoes got in. The property hasn't been maintained so that's why the reviews are not great. It's quite sad, because the outdoor pools "look" nice, but the tiles are coming off. And finally when we got our big room, you can't even keep the doors open. The beds weren't comfortable. For the price we paid, it was "acceptable" so we stayed another night. Breakfast was super basic, and clearly they didn't have many guests. The nicest person was the guy working at the desk. He was lovely. But our first night there was really terrible. The masseuse was amazing. One of the best I've had. I wish I could give her 10 stars. it would be so costly to renovate this hotel, but it has a lot of potential. Even clay courts if you play tennis. But alas, time has passed and it didn't feel luxurious. The coffee in the morning was also terrible - we couldn't drink it. I hate to write such a bad review, but this hotel is definitely not up to American standards. Uncomfortable beds, rooms that smell. Maybe when the hotel is full, it doesn't feel as "sad" but the price was the reason why we stayed. The weather was terrible with strong winds in Ischia so you couldn't go to the beach or pool. "
