Negishi is an excellent destination year-round, but the best times to visit are during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) for the most pleasant weather and beautiful scenery.Spring in Negishi brings mild temperatures and the stunning cherry blossom season. The Negishi Shinrin Park is particularly beautiful during this time, with its cherry trees in full bloom creating a picturesque setting for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. This period is ideal for couples seeking romantic walks amidst nature's beauty.Autumn offers similarly agreeable temperatures and the vibrant colours of changing leaves. The cooler, dry weather is great for exploring the Negishi Horse Museum and its grounds without the heat and humidity of summer. Families often enjoy visiting during this season, as the comfortable weather makes outdoor activities more enjoyable for all ages. While summer (June to August) can be hot and humid, and winter (December to February) can be chilly, both seasons still offer great experiences. Summer has various festivals, and winter offers a quieter, more reflective visit.
