Couldn't have wished for a better location. Everything was within a very short walking distance. The staff was wonderful too.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for one night. When we arrived, we didn’t realize the hotel was on the second floor, thankfully there was someone there who was going to another floor in the building to tell us that and show us how to use the elevator. The lobby was not neat and clean like the photos, there was clutter. They held our bags until the room was ready, that was nice. When we came back to check into the room, they upgraded us to a suite, which we thought was kind. When we entered the room, the man at the desk had to show us how to use it. Everything is controlled on an iPad, and it’s kind of confusing. We could control the lights from the iPad and change them blue, red, or pink. The weirdest part was they gave my mom and I a room with a spinning bed and just a big bath tub, no shower. Overall, the location was great, and our experience was fine. We would have preferred the normal room we had booked - without a spinning bed and with a shower.

Excelent service and professional attention. Great location and walking distance to mostly all the main attractions in Rome. Pablo is a great host from the beginning to end. I highly recommend.

Great location for walking to everything!!! Found it on google maps for directions. You step out side the boutique hotel and see Vittoriano in Piazza Venezia. It was very easy to tell cabs to take us to Vittoriano in Piazza Venezia and walk the extra 2 mins. We stayed one night. Held our bags until check in. For the location it was a great price and nice hotel.

Great location, another room might be better
Posted Jul. 9, 2019 on HotelsThe location is fantastic! However, our room was directly off the lobby and you could hear everything going on out there, especially early in the morning. The beds could have been a bit more comfy and used a pillow or two more, so sleep wasn’t the best. Another thing was the awkward air conditioning which you had to access through a web browser on an Xbox and once you did it didn’t stay on very long so checking it at night was a hassle. The bathroom was nice, we would have preferred it was a little cleaner though. The staff was nice though and provided us a little treat on the last day of our 3 day stay.
