"The hotel was actually better than we expected. Had a decent buffet, pool and everything was clean. Check in and Check out were seamless. Has a great location with easy access to the West entry of Yellowstone National Park. Never could get internet access to work properly and often left without. Finally got a staff member figure out what the problem was which required a router reboot for the entire system. Don't think their system could handle the traffic during July 4th tourism and needs a serious upgrade. Really pricey...but it was 4th of July week so it seems to be most motels do price gouging quite legally. Good place...3 Star."

"Great location, clean, parking right outside, having laundry was convenient — the main con was a severe lack of communication besides automatic messages concerning check-in and check-out. The main bedroom ceiling light can't be turned off without also turning off the fan — there is an additional floor fan provided, but it was extremely dusty and not strong at all. So unless you want to sleep with the windows open or the light on overnight...you've gotta deal with being uncomfortably warm. We also weren't able to find the pullout couch bedding/sheets until the very last day — they're located in a drawer that's built in to the foot of the bed, with a virtually unnoticeable (especially after having slept in the bed) printed tag on the front as the only way of knowing. We messaged about both of these issues and nobody ever responded or came by to address them."

"We had a wonderful stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park! The property was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—restaurants, shops, and grocery stores were all within walking distance, making it very convenient. The West Entrance to Yellowstone was only about a 4-minute drive away, which made it the perfect base for exploring the park. The only thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, as clearly stated in the listing. We stayed during warm weather, but with the fans provided and the windows open, the house remained comfortable, especially in the evenings. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yellowstone!"
