"Lovely brek and receptionist. Once moved chairs around in the room, it felt much nicer and more spacious. Perfect location. Working out room service was tricky. Tip - turn on tv , rather than scanning the at code for the digital hotel guide?!"

"The room was spotless, spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning in the room was ok but noisy during the night. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was exceptionally good, we both enjoyed all the choices. Nicely presented too. All the area was clean and well stocked. On entry from the road to the hotel it was a little off putting due to the smell. great location too. Only 10 mins walk to the Utilita arena and pubs and 20 ish to shops and Bullring/station. I would stay here again"

"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, bar was well stocked, overall nice stay. Only didn’t give 5 stars as it doesn’t have parking and they took an additional £30 hold on my card which is standard but they’ve still not yet paid it back to me."
