Excellent location on the pedestrianised New Walk leading into the City Centre (15 mins) and just a 5 minute walk from the station. Superb, comfortable, ensuite room. Friendly, helpful staff. Would not hesitate to book again on any subsequent visit to the area. Thank you!

Hotel staff were great, especially Betty and the breakfast team - outstanding. Area is a little scary, didn’t like it at all; there was an Asian guy in the bar causing trouble one night, seemed to be high on drugs. Staff dealt with him in the end, but I wouldn’t take family or friends to this area.

A lovely stay. Hotel was warm on a cold weekend, comfortable and clean. Good dining options and lovely breakfast. Free parking at the back which was great, in a city centre location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town and 5 minutes walk to our gig at the De Montford Hall. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

Nice large room. Good sized bathroom. With bath and shower over. Only grumble i would have is the room was extremely warm. I managed to turn the radiator off after the first nigh amd had that off and the windows open from the 2nd morning until i left. The Room was still warm but manageable
