"We never actually stayed here, this was because they have an online check in, this was a disaster, phone number given was incorrect, basically we wasted hours trying to get help, finally gave up and booked something else, with a reception, "

"The receptionist and breakfast waitress were very friendly. The hotel is old and it shows. But it is right in front of the beach and my room has a great ocean view. The room was basic and dated. Breakfast was fine. The area around the hotel is ok. Overall, it is a basic stay. This is why I gave an overall 3-star review because the price was higher than other places I stayed at which were better. So the value was not there. For what it is, it should have been cheaper"

"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."
