They are scammers. The reservation was 50% prepaid as required by hotels.com. They have the receipt and handed it to us, but insisted we have to pay the full reservation again. They even called the police and told us to leave or pay the full amount. Stay away. Ok pagar pelo quarto (valor para quarto luxo!), mas o day use informava que os valores seriam convertidos em alimentação. Não foi o que houve, e não havia ninguém da gerência para resolver isso. Além de tudo, pedi um espetinho e demorou 2 horas (explicaram a razão, mas foi só mais um ponto de descontentamento para mim).
