Staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities 1月の宿泊でした。事の発端は予約の日付を間違えたことからでした、最安の素泊まりプランはキャンセル不可でコールセンターへの連絡が必須です(どうにかなりませんかね?)、結局動かず運良く間違えた先が土日だったので決行です。 日陰には雪が残る程度の寒さでした、フロントは暖かく思った以上にきれいでした、風呂の説明や深夜の外出などひと通り説明頂きました。風呂の場所をエレベーターまで案内頂き丁寧な印象です。エレベーターは改修が大変なのでしょうか、だいぶ小型でレトロなタイプです。廊下にはファンヒーターが点在し心遣いを感じます。 部屋はいわゆる旅館タイプ、改修されているのでかなりキレイです。布団もキレイでふかふかです。窓は大きく見晴らしよく明るいですが冷気が廊下からと合わせて直撃しますが、エアコン＋ファンヒーターがあり両方着ければ問題ありません。 予約制の露天風呂が空いているとのことだったので早速行ってみました、脱衣所も外なので寒いですが、お湯はいい暖かさです。 さて風呂からあがり夕食をどうするかですが素泊まりなので近場を散策しますが殆ど閉まってる…結局近くの小料理屋とコンビニで済ませました。その後の夜と朝はは大浴場を利用し10時にチェックアウト、静かに過ごす事ができました。 最後に思うのはやはり食事付きが良かったと後悔しています。 ##### yama Stayed 1 night in Jan 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent ####
