I loved the decor of the property, it was well maintained and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I visit the Bahamas.

We stayed here for one night after a flight cancelation delayed our return home. The hotel is beautifully decorated and everything was impeccably clean. Very friendly staff and fun, relaxed vibe at the pool and beach. Highly recommend!

Te hotel was even more impressive than the photos. From the grand entrance, perfect beachfront views and private beach area. Close to the port so there were always many activities however we never heard the business inside the hotel. Very convenient in downtown Nassau

Omar and Raymond in the bar are so friendly and just happy…. All staff go out there way to make you feel welcome. The beach is beautiful as it is private and not that busy. Rooms are nice and we went for one with a sea view. Only thing as already stated is the motion control air conditioning is a pain at night… Close to downtown shopping and really no need for a hire car. Overall a lovely weeks holiday.

Everything very expensive! Nice beach but very small. No bus or public transportation, had to walk everywhere. Beautiful hotel, however, the vicinity is all just the touristy shops for the cruise ship people, nothing else much to see nearby.

We were checked into a room right by the elevator which was extremely loud and we could not rest. They then moved us to a room that the AC wouldn't work. 9:30pm at night they got the AC to work but then we went to shower and NO HOT WATER. We took a cold shower to go to bed. When we asked them for compensation we were only give the resort fee credit which is not enough for the issues we experience. We should be fully compensated for these issues.

This property was amazing. The location was perfect the staff was amazing local shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very instagramable. The beach was clean. The only complaint I had was the breakfast wasn’t that great as far as proteins but everything else was pretty perfect

The only issue was the incidentals in which I was unaware of until checking into this property. Read the fine print if you are traveling to multiple properties this can tie up your funds.

The pool area is lush. Restaurants & it's staff were good. Reception was nice. I was poolside for a few hrs, got up to use the facilities several times, & on my last visit, the pool attendant attempted to take my airpods that were on the table next to my chair. She did not try & clean up the lunch tray I had, water bottles, glassware, my book or clothing, as I watched for several moments. I'm certain they would have disappeared if I had not returned at the right time.
