This property is great for small or large groups on their journey to explore and stay in Nashville. The house is outfitted with a host of sleeping arrangements, thus allowing large groups of numerous headcount.

The property has beds and more beds making for comfortable sleeping arrangements. With a separate downstairs and upstairs area your guests will be able to sleep in or get up and enjoy the home without disturbing others.

A private, fenced in back yard with parking allows for easy come and go and enjoyable space for hanging out.

Master bedroom has one King bed and one twin futon. The two other bedrooms have queen over queen bunk beds. The first floor foyer has a twin over full futon bunk bed. Both showers are on the 2nd floor (private in master) while the 1st floor has a half bath.

Brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances make for easy relaxing if your guests decide to dine in or stock the fridge with supplies.

The open floor plan on the first floor is great for hosting parties or preparing to spend a night in downtown Nashville!

The property is approximately 6 miles from Broadway in downtown Nashville or a 9 minute Uber/Lyft ride!

Amazing! Everything we had hoped for!

I wish I could give the property and Tyler & Wes 10 stars! The house fit our group of 14 perfectly and we were blown away at how spacious and accommodating it was for so many people. As far as Tyler & Wes- they truly epitomize hospitality! They worked with me every step of the way and were happy to help make anything work. The house was a perfect distance to broadway & we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back to this amazing house, and can’t wait!

Excellence location in quiet neighborhood but close to downtown

The home was the perfect location just 10 minute drive outside the downtown action of Broadway, Music Row, the Gulch, 12th Ave south district, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, Tennessee State University and all of the popular tourist attractions downtown Nashville has to offer. 15-30 minutes from airport (depending on traffic) and an easy Uber ride to all. 25 minutes to Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel. Located near Kroger grocery store and many wonderful eating and shopping options. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of room and beds for everyone to spread out this home was ideal for our group. Kitchen has basic supplies, home was clean, had everything we needed and was as advertised in listing. Communication from Wes and Tyler with booking before and during was fantastic and super helpful. Would highly recommend for small or larger groups looking to enjoy the hustle and bustle of all Nashville has to offer come yet have a quiet, peaceful home to come back to in the evenings.

Great House/Quick ride to all Attractions

We really enjoyed being able to rent this house in Nashville. Tyler and Wes are great and really accomodated us with any request we had during the weekend. They were easily throughout even very helpful when some of our group was stuck in Nashville due to Hurricane Irma. Lyft and Uber can both pick up from the house and it is a quick ride down town. There was plenty of room for all 12 girls to stay and to get ready. The house was also very clean and nice. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anybody going to spend sometime in Nashville!

Wonderful experience

We rented this house for my bachelorette party. It easily fit all of us and was much better than staying in a hotel because we had the whole downstairs to hang out. This house is just as pictured, but better. It was very clean and appeared to be brand "spanking" new. Wes and Tyler were very helpful throughout our stay and easily accessible. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house with lots of room!

We came to Nashville for my bachelorette party with a large group of girls and absolutely LOVED this house! Wes & Tyler were very friendly and prompt with anything we asked, the house was in perfect condition, incredibly roomy, and very modern looking! I can't vouch for the other beds but oh my gosh the King sized bed in the master bedroom was SO COMFY. We had plenty of room to spread out and get ready each night (which is impressive when you are traveling with a bunch of 20-something women) and the downstairs living area was plenty big for us to hang out in, have a few drinks, play games, etc. The neighborhood is definitely "up and coming" and there is a lot of new construction and overall it was a pretty quiet area, which we appreciated. The best part was how close the house was to downtown! We spent most of our time on Broadway and it was about a 15 minute Uber ride away. This property is fantastic for any sort of large group and you won't be disappointed. I definitely recommend it!!
