🌟Lovingly renovated, this charming 2 bedroom has an open floor plan, abundant natural light, and an adorable terrace, complete with curtains and string lights. I love spending summer (and winter!) evenings out there.

🌟Great for a double-date stay (or for families seeking a bit of privacy in a small space). Two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit, with the bathroom in between.

Guests have the entire space. The stairwell to the unit is shared with only one other tenant. This is yet another feature that adds to the private feel of this listing.

Second floor walk-up= no elevator.

Each room has baseboard heat in addition to the central air (which can run loud in the living room only, so you have the option not to use it.)

Loved the close proximity to Vandy, shopping and restaurants. The property was very clean and had all that we needed for a 3 night stay. The only issue was the fairly loud AC unit in the living/kitchen area. It was had to hear the TV when it kicked on. All and all was a very nice place and would definitely book again.

The place was beautiful, absolutely perfect for downtown Nashville as it was literally within walking distance to so many things! They have amazing clear instructions (even pictures!) of how to find the property. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! Wayyyy better than a hotel room! Don’t miss out you will not regret staying here!! Also replied to messages almost instantly I have no doubt that IF and a big IF there was ever an issue it would be resolved almost immediately!! Wish I could do more than 5 ⭐️!!

This apartment was perfect for our recent trip to Nashville. It is an easy walk to Vanderbilt. It’s also convenient to Pancake Pantry, and several other West End restaurants and shops. Our host was gracious. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked.
