Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home, including attached 2-car garage.

Overflow parking on 22nd St ONLY.

Garage dimensions: 6.5 feet tall, 16 feet wide, and 20 feet deep.

Guests do not have access to the locked utility closets.

The Neighborhood:
Old Hickory, TN is a rustic lakeside community with waterfront access to Old Hickory lake.

Getting Around:
You'll need to drive your own car or rental. However, ride share is available in our area. Just not recommended for cost efficiency.

Other Things to Note:
B-Y-O-Boat

Please call Blue Turtle Bay Marina right away, for hourly boat rentals or for personal-boat slip rental.

DO NOT park your boat BY our home. Please call the marina to rent a boat slip or make boat parking arrangements in their parking lot.

Boats and road vehicles can be parked at Marina, but only with the Marina's CONSENT prior to parking.
