Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $75 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. The location of this property is ideal for anyone wanting to spend time on Broadway and enjoy the nightlife of Nashville. Easy access to your room and great communication from the property manager. The location couldn’t have been better, right downtown. We were only a few blocks off of Broadway. We didn’t need a car for anything. Take batteries for the remote and be prepared for an adventure when you have to take the trash to the dumpster. Also take eye covers for sleeping because the skylights keep it bright inside. We walked everywhere - had 3 shows to go to at The Ryman and Bridgestone. Many restaurants and bars all around. The place was spacious and perfect for our stay. I was surprised to find no windows but there were skylights. This was an internal unit - I'm guessing the outer units have windows. Just something to note. You could hear other people in the building but they did supply ear plugs and that helped one night in particular. Overall a great find and I'd stay here again. The management was extremely responsive and got in touch with us about an issue before we could reach out to them. ##### ayda s. But we thought this place was just okay. I think the listing should specifically say that there are no exterior windows other than the skylights. I could have read the reviews more carefully, but they were all so positive that I skipped that. I found it very isolating and strange to not be able to see where I was in the city, check the weather, etc. If that were the only thing, I wouldn’t have rated this three stars. Some other things: There were no tissues provided. This is pretty standard for a hotel or rental. There was plenty of toilet paper, but it was cheap and thin. The single trash can on the bottom level was very small, the lid was dented, the lever seemed compromised. The sheets were scratchy. There was no additional blanket. It would have been nice to have an extra and/or one upstairs to use when sitting on the couch. One bathroom sink didn’t drain well. These may feel like small things. And they are. But these are the small things that add up to a great (or, in this case, not so great) experience. The location was great, the communication was great, check in was easy. I don’t mind taking the trash to the basement. There was a “hotline” to call if you have problems. But none of my complaints rise to hotline level. When I’m sitting on the couch at 10:00 at night, wishing for a blanket, I’m not going to call a hotline. I also don’t like the pressure to give a 5 star review.
