Yes, there was an "upgrade" but the room we booked had a nicer shower, a patio with a view and a few other things that led us to book that one. Upon arrival, the door code we were given did not work and we had to call to get the new code. If you do contactless check in then I should not need to contact for a new code. Period. The bed was sunk in the middle like center supports were broken. The sheets had stains, the shower floor feels like I was going to fall through it. The dishwasher was broken, the mini split (a/c) dripped water on to my wife's work computer. ##### Mallory H.
