Gorgeous Townhouse in downtown Nashville's hottest new neighborhood, The Nations! There are tons of cool things to do in the Nations (restaurants, breweries, coffee houses, parks, shopping, etc) . Also, you are a little less than 4 miles away from all that Downtown Nashville has to offer- Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, trendy East Nashville, Ascend Amphitheater, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena & lots of other great stuff this amazing city has to offer!

The space
Practically new, modern townhouse with all the bells and whistles! - High Speed internet / Wifi, 50 inch Smart TV, Large (super) comfy beds, full kitchen w granite throughout, desk & work space, plenty of parking, and extra essentials like clean towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows, etc.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. **Sorry the pool is off limits to all non-home owners.

Other things to note
We want you to enjoy yourselves but this is a "quiet" Townhouse complex so please be mindful of the neighbors around you. My husband and I both live here in the city so we are available, if needed. :) **The Pool onsite in the community is strictly off limits and can not be entered when closed, per legal guidelines. Anyone caught trying to enter the pool will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Spacious & Comfortable in The Nations

The townhouse is very clean & spacious. Check in was super easy. Property is on a quiet street but just a 5 minute drive to great cafes, stores, etc. I would have liked to have the basic necessities stocked including hand soap, body soap, laundry/dish detergent & coffee & tea. I would encourage the owner to have these for his future guests as they are standard items in most VRBOs.

Felt like home

We spent four nights at this property in the middle of June. Located in the Nations neighborhood, the house is close to some great coffee, pizza and a deli. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area too. This neighborhood is very cute, quaint and quiet. There was plenty of parking on the street. The house was clean and cozy, with a lot of modern amenities. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. It’s located about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, which was plenty close in our opinion. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to Nashville.

Perfect for us

With 2 young ones, it was a perfect, quiet place for us to stretch out for naps, nursing, eating… restaurants nearby, sidewalks with lots of walkers. The 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge help!

Great Stay!!

The property was just perfect and Wes and his family were the perfect hosts. My cousins and I decided to take a girl's trip and was looking for a change of scenery and to get away from the Chicago cold. The week we chose to be in Nashville was neither warm nor sunny, but the property provided us the perfect respite where we relaxed, cooked some comfort meals and watched lots of movies. Thanks Wes for a great experience!!!

21st Birthday Celebration

The house was beautiful and located about 15 min from Downtown Nashville. We never had issues getting Uber/Lyft to anywhere we needed to go. House was seriously equipped with everything .. all we needed to bring was food, alcohol and ourselves! Great host .. receptive to all questions. Loved our stay here.
