Place was as great as advertised. Perfect weather Saturday and Sunday for the roof deck. Could use kitchen dish towels or more than 2 rolls of paper towels. Otherwise, exactly what we hoped for.

This is a great house. Beautifully, professionally decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. Walking distance (around 10min) to the heart of 12th south. It is across from the Belmont student center. On the same block as proper bagel, coffee shops and chick fil a. Great location with parks and green space for walking dogs. The management company was very responsive with any questions that came up. I would love to know the neutral paint color and the beautiful shade of green in the bedrooms. We were shocked that a rental would furnish the house with such quality furniture. I give this a 5 star and highly recommend.
