I called the numbers for help & no one answered, I left a message on both numbers & also texted. My husband I were standing outside in the cold & no one to greet us, no one to welcome us. We waited 25 minutes & finally left. I finally called the number again & was able to reach a woman & I asked her why nobody was there to allow us in, she started arguing with me & hung up on me, twice! Very disappointed & very upset. We had to find another hotel to stay, luckily we were able to find a room as it was the day after Thanksgiving! Also the parking situation is very poorly designed! The whole experience ruined our weekend!
