« Very nice location, easy walk to town. Right next to the bus depot. Excellent rooms , plenty of space. Could do with some instructions for the coffee machine, and what to do with rubbish once the bin is full. Would happily stay again. »

« The rental is in a great location - super close to the town center and the Hyline ferry dock. A nice place that easily slept our 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a few issues and the host was quick to respond and help out. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the check out process which I found very inconvenient. Otherwise the home is lovely, the host is helpful, and the location alone is enough reason to book this one again! »

There was an unavoidable problem with the heating system, which the owners immediately addressed and kept me informed on their progress. They graciously adjusted the price without my having to ask! « Everything was great! Took us awhile to find the utensils drawer which was in the dining room not the kitchen. The lights on a sensor and timer were a slight problem as we had someone sleeping on the pull out couch and any movement would turn the lights on. Also, the lights on the porch are sensitive and would send light flooding into the room. We adjusted the angle of the flood lights and that seemed to help. Other than these minor things our stay was great!! We would definitely stay again!! »

"Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. Très bon accueil, David a été très agréable et a bien répondu à nos besoins, ce fut très apprécié. Le déjeuner, très bon dans une salle à manger bien aménagée et confortable. Nous serons certainement de retour au Martin House lors de notre prochaine visite à Nantucket, excellent rapport qualité/prix."
