What an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to us the entire time. This hotel is by far one of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with amazing views. Service was exceptional !! Dining 19 was also absolutely wonderful.

New clean and good staff

Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Clean.

It was really spacey and very convenient to visit the Naminouegu and the beach.

Excellent value at this hotel and great location.

Great pool!

From the time we got there till the time we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff. I would recommend if you’re visiting Okinawa you should look at this hotel as your next place to stay. 10 out of 10!!

Very clean and new property. Great location: close to monorail and grocery, 10 mins walk to the main shopping and entertainment district. Room is bigger than the most hotels with washer, dryer, full sized fridge and kitchen. Exactly it is a home away home!

building is new and clean, breakfast is not bad, but no food service in the afternoon and evening.

Everything is good and staff is friendly and very polite. One of the best hotel I had stayed for now.

Very minimalistic but well thought out room space. Great location

The late dinner and drink samples were really appreciated. Saved a lot of searching out restaurants after a long day of sightseeing.

Really enjoyed this hotel.

Great stay , very convenient from the airport with the monorail. Breakfast was very good

Was at the Hotel for The Scalp Inc Okinawa Beauty event. I travel often for work worldwide. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast buffet. Everyone went above and beyond as we wear there during Typhoon and airport was shot down for 2 days. Room where spotless clean. Walkable distance from shops, market, restaurants… I strongly recommend.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Ms. Shizuka went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location and we would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Only stayed one night on arrival in Okinawa before going to OIST, but the room was immaculate and comfortable, and large compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Location is great, close to the airport, monorail stop, and across the street from a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again if in Naha.
