We are particularly impressed by the indoor swimming pool, where the quests can enjoy irrespective of the weather. They offer 24 hour treat in their pool bar & lounge, which is generous, infinity pool was very relaxing The breakfast was good too, and hotel offered 7:00 to 14:00 brunch - so no need to get up early for breakfast- felt very relaxing The most memorable moment was that after I checked out in the very early morning and joined a snorkelling tour, after coming returning from tour, hotel agreed to let me return to my room to get shower upon my request, and hotel offered breakfast too. That’s so very nice of them. After we had our booking we were sent a confirmation of a Group room (3 rooms) which would suggest to me that it would be 3 bedrooms within a large room which is precisely what we were looking for, however when we arrived at the hotel we were given 2 completely separate rooms ( 2 person room and 3 person room). The air conditioner wasn’t working in the 3 person room however the member of staff that we contacted was very accommodating with us by immediately apologizing and offered us another room. The lounge bar that was part of our booking was good, the breakfast selection had a good choice of food and all allergy information was available. Good swimming pool and there was a very handy swimming clothes dryer.
