« The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

« The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. »

« Nice kitchen and appliances. Had 4 different coffee makers to choose from. Bathrooms were nice as well. Furniture is a bid outdated but still comfortable. »

« This Unit was perfect for me and my son on a ski trip to Sugar Bowl. We would stay there again. »

« Booking, communication and location were great. The unit itself was fine, seemed well used. Negatives were there was no place to put wet boots (towel/rug), most people have snowy boots staying here this time of year. Other thing was the kitchen floor had broken pieces of glass and was not very clean. »

« The room and bathroom are very pleasant and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pull out couch were comfy. The only challenge was that the heater was noisy which created some sleeping challenges. Overall, a very nice space! »

« The lake view was great. The condo was on Donner Pass Road with super easy access to Truckee and all the shops and restaurants. The small room upstairs had a very low slanted ceiling - it’s good for kids, but not great for adults. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling from standing up. Not sure there’s a good solution to that! The refrigerator is very old and has a slight stench when you first open it. The kitchen has adequate pots and pans and dishware. If you’re cooking, you’ll need to...
