It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues. For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so. ##### Amanda G. We had a group of 5 moms and 5 girls (age 11) and it was plenty big enough. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. The kitchen was very spacious and the deck is awesome. Beach is right across the street and easy to access. Only minor complaints - the shared pool with the downstairs unit is a little uncomfortable if you don't know who is renting the downstairs and most of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable. ##### Sarah S.
