A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024). Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee. Q: 'Do you allow pets?' A: MAYBE - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are building rules that we must follow. SMALL DOGS are allowed WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. There are some restrictions on dogs, so this is a case by case basis. A pet fee of $75 per dog (per stay - not per night) is required to be paid prior to check in. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING. Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking. Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?' A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Laundry facilities are located in the oceanfront hotel building. The Neighborhood: If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, walk to the Cane Patch par 3 course and driving range just a few blocks away, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club! For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy. Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage. Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun! Bed sure to ask your hosts about early re-booking discounts. Getting Around: For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive. Other Things to Note: Enjoy EASY ARRIVAL with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home. Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots during the busiest times. This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up. If case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Beautiful scenery. Short walk to beach. Close to all amenities while being away from the crowds. Plenty of room to relax after a day on tne beach. Check in instructions were not very helpful and property management team left much to be desired. The best part of the amenities was leaving the property behind. The renters that came in Saturday night TV was loud almost all night.When we went to leave Sunday Morning I was making sure inside door was locked and you could hear very loud horrible language and anger the person was yelling. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Before this happened everything was outstanding, we loved it and the unit was perfect.Unit was large and close to Beach and the pool was excellent, close parking,Ect ##### Loretta H. Appliances have exceed serviceable life expectancy. Almost to the point of personal injury. Renovations to the unit were substandard and unprofessionally completed. cooking utensils, um an but twere d them. ##### William B C. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Cindy M. 1 sept. 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Not as advertised Positives were pets were allowed with approval, unit was in first floor, manager was responsive and outdoors was pretty for the most part. Negatives were that I had to clean units as soon as arrived. Floors, countertops, appliances and bedding were dirty. Units were adjoining but so old and dated with stains on walls and toilets. Throw rugs had dog urine stains and had to be taken up. Bedding and towels were stained and nasty also had to be taken up. Beds were hard as bricks and lumpy. Foam for bed was stuffed under the bed on nasty floors. I have back issues and had to sleep on the sofa. When taking out cushions to clean when arrived there was food and stuff under them. The pool was small but clean. The unit was a long walking distance from unit not just steps. Beach is very sloping along this stretch which was not fun to be in. There was so much negative that it doesn’t outweigh any positive. ##### Cindy M.
