"The AC or ventilation system wasn't on. All the different codes was difficult. Constantly trying to find the on a phone that may be without power made things anxious. Yasmine was excellent, so very helpful and pleasant."

"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"Generally not the cleanist. Marks on walls, dusty. Needed a good deep clean! Unhelpful staff, we asked twice for bins to be emptied and no one came! Stayed 5 nights and no one cleaned the room so bins very full as was only provided with a waste paper bin size bin for a kitchen area! There were bin bags in the hall way from other rooms for 2 days! On the day of departure it said we had until 12 to leave and some one knocked on the door at 11 asking if we were leaving!! "

"The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice, but the thermostat didn't work. Breakfast could have been better; there was a label for salmon, but none was available. Also, nothing could be added to the made-to-order omelet, not even salt."

"Yeah it was small and very “cosy”. The bathroom was small too. Plus point they had a window that was to open. To get to The wardrobe was tight so don’t store out luggage. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location to get around Paris. The only downside was the noise from the club across the road, which is probably only an issue at the weekend. It is worth asking for a room at the back of the hotel, rather than one facing the front."
