"Had an absolutely amazing stay here and couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. One of the highlights was going to our room to find a bottle of champagne and a selection of chocolates waiting for me as a birthday surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration feel even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Madrid. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across from Zara and Mango and within easy walking distance of the Temple of Debod which was a highlight of the trip to watch the sunset. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the outstanding service to the excellent facilities. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you again!!!"

"We booked this last minute as our original accommodation had fallen through, and we could not have been luckier! The location was brilliant (as tourists to get into the centre), as well the neighbourhood with some amazing local restaurants and amenities. The staff were all fantastic, kind and, helpful, from check in to the bar staff. The breakfast was generally very good, and perfect to fuel up for a long day out. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation, which would have made the trip even better! Overall, this is a great hotel to have as a base whilst you explore Madrid, and will be returning!"

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid."
