The property was as described. There was plenty of cleaning and paper supplies! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been nice if there had been a recliner or a comfy chair in addition to the sofa and loveseat. The Waters Edge deck, pool, and hot tub are great. It is also unique to the area to have the availability of two parking passes.

Clean and wonderful ocean view condo that provided a wonderful workcation. Condo was as described and view was breath taking! This was such an easy stay and the only check out directions were to take out the trash. Lily was such a great manager and very easy to reach and work with. This condo provided such a sense of calmness and peace - it was absolutely everything I was looking for! I plan to book again!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very comfortable. Check in and out was the easiest we have had. Everything we needed was already there. They had even turned the ice maker in so it was readily available as soon as we arrived. We have stayed in many places I. Surfside and Garden City, but Water’s Edge has become our favorite. Great amenities with the indoor and outdoor pool. You are literally steps to the beach.

I was contacted by condo owner two hours prior to check in (already traveling) that there were no amenities available. No pool, hot tub or fitness center available. It was never mentioned when booking that they would possibly be closed for repairs. Family members booked in other units were given discounts due to the issues. We were offered a sorry for the inconvenience. We would not have booked at this resort had we known of the issue. These amenities will be down for some time so renters may want to book at other locations. Very disappointed!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this clean, neat and well equipped condo. It was perfect for my best friend and I. The murphy bed was quite comfortable and having two full baths made getting ready for two women a dream. Sunrise and coffee on the balcony were pure heaven and the beach was just beautiful.

The condo was just right for us. The views are SPECTACULAR and the location is convenient to everything you need. The only downside to the property is that it is still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, but everything is reopened so the repairs are mostly cosmetic at this point. Host was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make our stay amazing. Highly recommend and will book again!

This property is a great location on Garden City Beach. The condo owner, Lily, was very responsive throughout the entire stay and was very kind. She was prompt in responding to messages through VRBO and mobile texts. There was a bit of a "hiccup" upon arrival, but was promptly addressed by Lily. The condo is located on the 10th floor and the views of the ocean and beach are fantastic. There's one bedroom with a comfortable bed, a Murphy bed and pull-out couch in the living area and two full bathrooms. The property overall is somewhat dated, but would stay here again. The one downside during the stay is that the pool and lower level deck area are still not repaired from the damages caused by Hurricane Ian (2022). It appears that this property, and a smaller one down the beach, are the only two properties on this beach that didn't have an functioning pool and deck. Quite a shame as the contractors didn't appear to be in hurry to get the job completed during our stay. The condo owners should be up in arms about the lack of progress. Not having a functioning pool was not a deal breaker for us, but if it is for you, be sure to confirm the status of the pool/deck reconstruction before you book. There are beach umbrellas/chairs available for rent by an independent company Cost was $40/day (9 am - 4 pm).
