"This place is wonderful! Completely shaded, so you can sit out at the picnic table or screened in porch without getting burned. Bedrooms are great size, with walk in closets. Bathrooms are good size. Hidden on the back of a cul-de-sac, so no worries of continuous traffic. Close enough to the beach you can stroll right on out.
