"My check in time was at 4pm. I wasn’t able to access my room until 7pm because the staff told me the cleaning maids were still working on my room. I had tickets for the cardinals game at 7:15pm and I ended up missing the first 3 innings because I had to wait for my room. Staff did not compensate anything for the delay. It was ridiculous."
