"Room was nice and clean but had other issues with it. Broken floor tiles in bathroom, peeling paint and burnt out light bulbs. Also the pool was ridiculously cold. Nobody was in it so the hot tub was packed."

"The room I stayed in had holes in the sheets that were on my bed. The dispensers in the bathroom shower had crud all of them had not been cleaned. The blinds that faced the pool were coming off."

"I showed up to check into my reserved and paid for room, but nobody was in the office to check me on. There was a button to push to ring a bell that nobody answered. There was a note on the counter with a phone number to call someone, but the number didn't work. The place looked condemned. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and came back three times. Nobody was there. I left and booked another hotel 50 miles down the road. I want a refund. I will never prepay for a room with hotels.com again! Done!"
