Location great, near train station and walkable to the main Munich sites. Front desk staff were excellent. Hotel allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated after our overnight flight from Canada.

Excellent hotel/suite accommodations in central Munich - 10 minutes from central train station. Comfortable suite rooms with kitchenette and friendly front desk staff. We have stayed here many times and have always felt safe during daylight hours. We will stay there again next time we visit Munich.

Staff were great at the hotel. However, there was no drain plug in bath so we were unable to use the bath as a bath. Toilet flushing not the best. The sofa bed was terribled, bowed on the middle. The single beds were the same. My son daughter and my cousin all had difficulty sleeping and did not get food rest at night because of these. My cousin and my son back hurt after the first two days so I had to give my son ans my cousin our bed. For the price we paid we would have expected better furniture in the room.

Perfect location for a family of 5 traveling to Munich - easy access to the main train station, nice to have so much room kitchen, good amenities. Only drawback was the noise at night - we were there during a very warm week, and needed to sleep with the windows open - lot of sirens. Even with that, would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Busy neighbourhood with a lot of noise, but the sound was totally blocked out when the windows were closed. Great location, walking distance to most tourist destinations, multiple grocery stores, the main train station, and many nice restaurants. Would stay here again!

This hotel was a gem in the area. Clean! Big and open. 5 of us and we had more than enough space! The desk clerc was very kind and very helpful. Had trouble learning the key, and she came right up to the room to show us how to use it. There is also a very nice cafe/coffee shop right next door-1min walk drom hotel. The train station is a 7-10min walk from the hotel-very convenient! I am not as used to big cities, but I did not care for the city/area. It was too chaotic, and people just hanging around, watching you get in and out of the car.

The hotel seems to be a value option, clean and fairly well maintained, and the rooms are pretty large. It is in a very convenient location close to the train station (and metro stop) however the area does have some strip clubs and gaming venues, so not the most picturesque of areas. There was no AC in the room. The windows open to let in a breeze, though the street noise can be substantial.

The property is located very close to the main train station which was very convenient. There is enough eateries in the vicinity. The room was adequate. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was whenever we opened the windows, cigarette smoke from the people walking outside would waft in. Also, the police sirens were very loud at all hours of the day and night. We didn’t need the sofa bed so we folded it back up so we could sit on it but it was covered in dust. They do have a laundry facility which was a plus.

This was close to the HBF but the area was a bit questionable. I didn't feel safe. The room had no air-con or cooling so we needed to open the window which would be fine except for the loud noise. Not only was there construction at two sites opposite (that started very early and finished very late) but the emergency vehicle sirens and traffic was really loud, as was the yelling and screaming from people in the street.

This was a great place to stay. They let us check in early and were very helpful with all of our questions. The location was only a 3 minute walk from the train station.

Hotel room is very dusty n noisy due to nearby constructions who started works 7am plus and room has no A/C as it's quite stuffy(need open windows)though in spring.Btw windows are facing main street n constructions.One side of the mattress is in bad condition(sunken). Night time can be noisy due to night clubs n casino.At least staffs are friendly but they can't help much with the situation.

Location is very central and close to the train station, but the area is not particularly nice. The equipment is servicable, but not top notch - I wouldn't recommend the bed sofa for adults (it was fine for our kids).
