"We stayed here for a school convention. They were very patient with the kids and check in and check out was very easy. Its an older hotel so its condition is ok but they are working on renovations."

"Due to another occupant, the hotel had to evacuate at 6 am in Michigan winter. When I asked if we would be discounted for being forced awake due to someone else’s stupidity, I was told they were offering points, and even if they were offering money, they wouldn’t be able to refund me because I booked through hotels.com.
