"Even with days of foul weather in October, we had a great stay at this fantastic duplex situated in the heart of several picturesque fishing villages on Nova Scotia's south shore. The foliage was superb during the day as we visted so many shops, sights and establishments, while hearing the breakers at night, but close enough to Halifax/Dartmouth for a day trip. The hosts do live on the property in seperate quarters but are unintrususe, very welcoming and could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this one!"

"If you find pleasure in an ocean view, a comfortable bed, and the serenity of the country… THIS is the VRBO for you. This property provided everything we four senior ladies could have wished for. A well appointed kitchen, four cozy beds, a large living area with live blossoming houseplants, ample seating, a wide expanse of windows to accommodate the spectacular view… and movies galore available. It truly felt like a home.Check in and out was smooth. Our host was quick to reply to any queries."
