"All the stairs were very difficult to walk, I have bad knees, and I was never told that there were this many stairs. I was told that there was an elevator that went straight to our room. Our sheets were very dry and hard however we did love the hotel and the location. It was very clean and the staff was very nice."

"This was an excellent place to stay… close enough to a lot of shopping, and entertainment and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was great! I truly enjoyed my stay here."

"Reception area had constant sewage smell. Bedrooms had good size but tiny bathrooms to the point that i had to remove toilet roll for the toilet seat to be able to close as kept being in the way. "

"Everything is quite simply ideal for the leisure traveler. You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods without feeling crowded or touristy. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well. "
