"The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us."

"We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!"

"Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! "

"What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. "Stayed 2 nights to visit the baseball Hall of Fame. Size of room and bathroom were really nice. Gave us ample space to relax and get ready for the day. We were on a 14 day motorcycle trip and my wife was happy to enjoy a bath since the room had a tub. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast options and super friendly staff. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. "
