"Room was clean. A/C worked very well, shower got good and hot. Bed was comfortable. Osaka restaurant and bar was awesome and staff was super friendly."

"Overall our stay was good. The guests above and beside were very loud late on Friday night but not the hotel’s fault. Older hotel in nice condition. Bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows could have been thicker, more full. A/C was great, water pressure exceptional. Tub was a tad slick on bottom. Convenient location and decent value.would stay again."

"The hotel was clean, but on one of my 2 night stays…I did ask for towels and never received them. Another time during this stay, I called front desk and no one ever answered. Other than that, I love this hotel."

"Our king size bed was very comfortable! The room itself was spacious, nice size shower. Breakfast was filling, with very good coffee. The afternoon check-in desk staff was very personable and helpful with restaurant information. We went to Ramsey’s Diner and the menu items were fabulous. The cleaning staff greeted us in the hallway and asked if we needed anything. We will book here again!"

"I didn't understand why this hotel had exceptional ratings at first. The exercise room, breakfast offerings, lobby and room are all quite acceptable, but not memorable stand-outs. Here's what is: the staff and customer service were uniformly excellent. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast teams are always pleasant and help with a smile. That's it - and it's big enough to have me return."
