"Great room more than expected. "

"Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. Clean for the most part besides some sweeping that got left behind right when we walked in. (The only reason I rated cleanliness a 4/5). Lots of exploring can be done here. We enjoyed our stay. "

"It was very relaxing sitting out on the patio enjoying the peaceful beauty of the lake..nice place to unwind. Property could use some updates, but it was functional for 2 people. Philip (owner) was accessible & responded to text messages in a timely manner which is reassuring if there is a problem:)"

"Great Location, is clean, and the host is quick to reply. We loved visiting Hot Springs. The location was a perfect balance away from the downtown area. We liked that and enjoyed the sunset off the balcony. The condo is on parking level so no stairs to go down or up to get to it, which was great. We will stay again if we make it back to Hot Springs. "My husband and I celebrated our 30th here!! It is perfect for a couple whose wanting to relax in peace and quiet. The decks, dock, and hot tub were great every morning and night. The bed was comfy and we got a restful and comfortable nights sleep each night. The house has everything you need for daily living. The owners have thought of everything. Hot Springs is a beautiful town with a lot of character. The house was close to whatever we chose to do for the day. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a great get away!! "

"The cabin is very cute and clean They offer free Wi-Fi and Netflix is on the tv Cozy stay. It was our first time coming to Arkansas to dig for crystals can't wait to return again. Don't hesitate this place is perfect for couples will sleep a couple small kids as well in the loft. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!' "
